What a great supportive experience we had with Charan and Brett through the total process of installing our new Solar System.
I found these two guys to be extremely professional without losing the personal side. Everything they planned with us worked to a schedule and that schedule was closely adhered to. From the start when they gathered information from us and showed us our future cost savings, to the point when the system was installed and up and running, the whole process was done professionally and efficiently. Our solar system is quite a large one to sort and organise and that was not a problem to them at all. The installers never got in the road of us continuing to run our business on a daily basis. This was a concern to us as we are large retail. At all times the installers were pleasant and efficient. The whole experience was pleasant and we thank Charan and Brett for the time they spent with us personally, keeping us upto date at all times with the whole process and we now look forward to our future power savings.
